بعد “سلطة دجاج سونوما” ، أقدم لك وصفة أخرى قمت بتطويرها من خلال تناول واحدة من سوق هول فودز في نيويورك (انظر رحلة الطهي هنا ). هذه المرة هي سلطة دجاج بنفس قاعدة الصلصة ، ولكن مع مسحوق الكاري الأصفر والكاجو ، مع الكثير من الفواكه المجففة: الزبيب والمشمش والتوت البري. كن حذرًا ، لأنه بمجرد غمر الشوكة فيه ، من المستحيل التوقف!
وصفة سلطة الدجاج لـ 6 أشخاص:
-6 صدور دجاج – 180 جرام من المشمش المجفف -180 جرام من الكاجو الخام -120 جرام من التوت البري المجفف – 3 سيقان من الكرفس -1 ملعقة صغيرة كركم -3 ملاعق صغيرة من مسحوق الكاري
تتبيلة السلطة: -1 بيضة -150 مل زيت لفت – 25 جرام عسل -1 ملعقة صغيرة خردل -1 ملعقة كبيرة من خل شيري -1/2 زبادي طبيعي كامل
ضعي القليل من زيت الزيتون في مقلاة كبيرة على نار عالية إلى حد ما. أضيفي صدور الدجاج.
اشويهم جيدًا على كلا الجانبين. لا تنسى الملح و
فلفل. كما أضيف القليل من مسحوق الثوم. في نهاية الطهي ،
أضف القليل من الماء لتكوين بخار ينهي طهي القلب
بياض.
نتركه يبرد ثم نقطع الدجاج إلى قطع.
نقطع المشمش المجفف إلى قطع.
ضعي الدجاج في وعاء مع الكاجو النيء والمشمش.
أضف أيضًا التوت البري والزبيب المجفف.
تقطع سيقان الكرفس الثلاثة بعد غسلها وتنظيفها إلى شرائح رفيعة.
بالنسبة للصلصة ، لا أفعل
مايونيز كلاسيكي (والذي عادة ما أفعله بمخفقة) لكن أ
الصلصة في وعاء الخلاط اليدوي. ضع المكونات فيها
الوعاء ماعدا الزبادي (بيض ، خردل ، زيت ، خل ، عسل ، ملح وفلفل).
ضع خلاط الغمر في الأسفل ثم ابدأ. ستبدأ الصلصة في الاستحلاب.
ها هي النتيجة!
أضيفي نصف الزبادي الطبيعي المخفوق واخلطي جيدًا.
تصب فوق المكونات.
نضيف التوابل: مسحوق الكركم والكاري.
اخلط جيدا واضبط التوابل حسب ذوقك.
ضعه في الثلاجة لمدة ساعة جيدة قبل الاستمتاع بالشمس مع الأصدقاء!
