1 ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون
4 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
1 ملعقة صغيرة عسل
Instructions :
اطهي البطاطس المبكرة على البخار لمدة 20 دقيقة. كل هذا يتوقف على حجمها ، لذلك سيتعين عليك التحقق من حالة طهيها عن طريق وضع شوكة فيها ، ويجب أن تتناسب معها دون صعوبة. دعهم يبردوا ثم قطعهم إلى قسمين ووضعهم في وعاء السلطة.
اخلطي عناصر الصلصة واسكبيها في وعاء السلطة.
انزع البذور من نصف حبة رمان. نقطع جبن الماعز إلى قطع صغيرة. صب كل شيء تدريجيًا في وعاء السلطة.
نقطع بعض أوراق النعناع جيدًا ونضيفها مع بذور اليقطين وقشر الليمون. ملح وفلفل حسب ذوقك.
