أتذكر عندما كنت طفلة ، والدي أخذني بعيدا في مطعم صيني في الدائرة 13 من باريس ، “Village Tao-Tao” (التي لا تزال موجودة) ، وأتذكر جيدًا أننا طلبنا بعد ذلك الخبز المحمص المقلي مع الجمبري الذي استمتعت به. إنها في الواقع وصفة التايلاندية ومن دواعي سروري حقًا أن أفعل ذلك مرة أخرى كجزء من مدونتي. علاج سريع التحضير. توست مقرمش للغاية ، مغطى ببذور السمسم الذهبي ، بحشوة روبيان رطبة. يقدم مع صلصة حلوة وحارة في نفس الوقت ، سوف يسعد الذواقة!
انشرها بسكين بالتساوي على السطح بالكامل. نضع بذور السمسم المحمصة في طبق ونضع جانب الحشو المحمص فيها.
ثم نحصل على شرائح مغطاة تمامًا ببذور السمسم المحمصة.
قطع الشرائح قطريا (أو إلى أرباع ، أو أيا كان !!).
ضعي القليل من الزيت على النار في مقلاة (تحتاجين على الأقل 1 سم من الزيت في المقلاة). يمكنك أن تأخذ مقلاة أكبر لقلي المزيد من الخبز المحمص! ثم اقلي جانب السمسم المحمص أولاً.
عندما يتحول لون السطح إلى اللون البني بشكل جيد ، اقلب الجانب الآخر واقليه.
اتركيه ليبرد لبضع لحظات على ورق ماص قبل تقديمه ساخناً جداً ومقرمش جداً!
تقدم مع صلصة حارة حلوة (يمكنك العثور عليها في محلات البقالة الصينية دون أي صعوبة !!).
Toasts Frits aux Crevettes

Je me rappelle enfant, mes parents m’emmenaient dans un restaurant chinois dans le 13ème arrondissement de Paris, le « Village Tao-Tao » (qui existe toujours), et je me rappelle très bien que nous commandions alors ces toasts frits aux crevettes dont je me régalais. C’est en fait une recette thaïlandaise et c’est vraiment une joie pour moi de la refaire dans le cadre de mon blog. Un régal, rapide à préparer. Des toasts extra-croustillants, recouverts de graines de sésame doré, avec une farce moelleuse aux crevettes. Servis avec une sauce douce et pimentée à la fois, ils feront le plaisir des gourmets!
Mettre les crevettes crues décortiquées, le blanc d’oeuf, l’huile de sésame (éventuellement la coriandre) et la fécule dans le bol du robot mixeur.
Râper le gingembre frais.
Râper ou écraser la (ou les) gousse(s) d’ail.
Mettre le robot en route et mixer le tout.
Mettre la farce sur les tranches de pain de mie (sans la croûte).
L’étaler au couteau uniformément sur toute la surface. Mettre les graines de sésame grillé dans une assiette et mettre les toasts côté farce dans celles-ci.
On obtient alors des tranches parfaitement recouvertes de graines de sésame grillé.
Couper les tranches en diagonale (ou en quatre, ou peu importe en fait!!).
Mettre de l’huile à chauffer dans une poêle (il faut au moins 1cm d’huile dans la poêle). On peut prendre une poêle plus grande pour frire plus de toasts! Puis frire les toasts côté sésame en premier.
Quand la surface est joliment dorée, retourner et frire l’autre côté.
Laisser refroidir quelques instants sur du papier absorbant avant de servir très chaud et très croustillant!
Servir avec une sauce sucrée pimentée (on la trouve dans les épiceries chinoises sans aucune difficulté!!).
