من الواضح أنك أحببت فطائر الشوكولاتة الذرية كثيرًا ، لذا أكرر مع فطائر جوز المكاديميا هذه. وصفة بسيطة للغاية ولكن بطعم لذيذ مطمئن في هذا الطقس المتجمد! أقوم بإضافة زيت البندق إلى عجينتي للحصول على نكهة مكسرات أكثر وضوحًا ، لكن يمكننا بالطبع إضافة زيت المكاديميا إذا تمكنا من العثور عليه ، لأنه ليس من السهل وضع يديك عليه! مع الخليط المقرمش في الأعلى ، بفضل إضافة الستريوسل والمكسرات المقرمشة بالداخل ، لا بد أن ينقض الجميع عليها!
وصفة لعشرة فطائر ذرية أو خمسة عشر فطيرة كلاسيكية:
الخليط Streusel: – 125 جرام طحين – 90 جرام سكر – 90 جرام زبدة غير مملحة – 1 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة -1/2 ملعقة صغيرة زنجبيل
عجين: -325 جرام طحين -1/2ملعقة صغيرةصودا الخبز -1ملعقة صغيرةمسحوق الخبز -125 جرام شجر بني – 125 جرام سكر – 125 جرام من اللبن الكامل – 125 جم من الكريمة السائلة الكاملة – 30 جرام من زيت البندق (أو المكاديميا إن وجد) – 80 جرام زيت محايد -2 بيضة كبيرة -1 + 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا السائلة – 140 جرام مكسرات المكاديميا
سخني الفرن على 190 درجة مئوية. تحضير الخليط streusel. ضع جميع المكونات في وعاء الروبوت (وإلا سنفعل ذلك يدويًا): دقيق ، زبدة مقطعة إلى قطع ، سكر ، بهارات.
باستخدام “k” للروبوت ، اخلط حتى تحصل على مسحوق ناعم. خلاف ذلك ، سيكون من الضروري الخلط باليد حتى الحصول على خليط متجانس ومسحوق.
إذا رغبت في ذلك ، استمر في الخلط للحصول على خليط يبدأ في التجمع للحصول على ستريوسيل أكثر سمكًا.

تحضير خليط الكعك. لا شيء أسهل! ضعي المكونات الجافة في وعاء: دقيق ، سكر ، سكر بني ، ملح ، خميرة ، صودا الخبز.
في وعاء آخر ، نضع البيض واللبن والقشدة السائلة والفانيليا والزيت وزيت البندق. خلط جيد.
يُسكب المزيج السائل فوق المزيج الجاف جيداً لخلط معا.
العجين جاهز تقريبا!
معجب بقسوة مكسرات المكاديميا وإضافتها إلى الخليط.
دهن علب المافن (برذاذ إطلاق القالب يكون عمليًا أكثر) بدون فائض ، ثم ضع الورقة الصغيرة بالداخل.
املأ القوالب بالخليط ثم رشها بخليط الستروسل. في حالة قالب “قالب الكعك الكبير ذو التاج الكبير” من شيكاغو ميتاليك (لا أعرف من أين أشتريه في فرنسا ، عليك أن تنظر إلى موقع eBay !!) ، يمكنك ملء نصفه بالعجين ، ورشه بالستريوسل في المنتصف نضيف العجينة ثم نرش بالستريوزل. بهذه الطريقة سيكون هناك المزيد من عجينة الستروسل في المنتصف!
اخبزيها على حرارة 190 درجة مئوية لمدة 20 إلى 35 دقيقة. كل هذا يتوقف على حجم الكعك. ما عليك سوى إلقاء نظرة على اللون على أي حال وإلصاق السكين بالداخل وستخرج الشفرة جافة!
استمتع به وهو لا يزال فاترًا مع مقهى كبير ساخن أو بالحليب عندما يكون الجو باردًا بالخارج!
