صلصة تسو العامة:
-250 مل مرق دجاج
-1 + 1/2 ملعقة كبيرة سكر
– 2 ملاعق كبيرة صلصة الصويا الخفيفة
-1 ملعقة كبيرة من صلصة الهويسين
-2 ملاعق كبيرة من خل الأرز
-1 ملعقة صغيرة زيت سمسم
-2 رشة فلفل
لطهي الصلصة:
-1 ملعقة صغيرة من نشا الذرة مخففة في القليل من الماء
– 1 أو 2 فص ثوم
– قطعة من الزنجبيل الطازج المقشر
-2 أو 3 حفنة من البصل أو الثوم المعمر الصيني
-2 أو 3 فلفل أحمر مجفف (اختياري)
– بذور السمسم المحمصة
تحضير مرق الدجاج. في الولايات المتحدة ، يبيعون المرق الجاهز في الطوب. في فرنسا ، اشتريت ببساطة مسحوق مرقة الدجاج الذي قمت بتخفيفه كما هو محدد (1 ملعقة صغيرة مقابل 100 مل من الماء).
أضف السكر.
صلصة الصويا.
صلصة الهويسين وخل الارز.
نضيف أيضا الفلفل وزيت السمسم.

سخني مقلاة من الزيت على نار متوسطة إلى عالية.
عندما يصبح الزيت جاهزًا ، أضيفي نصف قطع الدجاج ، واحدة تلو الأخرى.
اطهيها حتى تبدأ في التحول إلى اللون البني قليلاً. اطبخ النصف الآخر من الدجاج.
