هذه وصفة بسيطة لكنها لذيذة. حليب جوز الهند يقدم بارداً جداً ، محلى قليلاً بكرات التابيوكا والموز الطازج بنكهة أوراق الباندان. حلوى نباتية تمامًا صنعتها لشخص نباتي. كنت قد صنعت الحلويات التايلاندية في كتابي الأول ، “حلوياتي” (فاماريون 2014) ووضعت وصفة لحليب جوز الهند الطازج مع كستناء ماء نشا التابيوكا ، وحليب جوز الهند الساخن مع الموز المطبوخ. هنا هو أبسط. سيكون من الضروري فقط وضع كل شيء في الثلاجة لتقديمه مثلجًا مع شرائح الموز.

أضف كرات التابيوكا. إذا كانت بيضاء ، أضف رائحة الباندان.
إذا كانت ملونة وعطرة ، صبها مباشرة.
امزج دون توقف على نار خفيفة لمدة عشر دقائق.
اتركيها لترتاح تمامًا ثم ضعيها في الثلاجة طوال الليل إن أمكن أو لمدة 4 ساعات على الأقل.
