هذا طبق يخشى الكثير من الناس تجربته. لا ينبغي تفويتها على الأرجح لأن الطهي دقيق تمامًا. لكن لا يوجد شيء معقد للغاية ، وفوق كل ذلك ، فإن النتيجة لذيذة للغاية ، بحيث يكون من الخطأ أن نحرم أنفسنا منها! أعطيك تقنية هذا البيض المطبوخ فقط ، مع خلط صفار البيض مع الكريمة العطرية. وصفة أساسية يمكن تكييفها مع أشياء كثيرة.
وصفة لـ 4 “بيض مسلوق”:
– 4 بيضات كبيرة الحجم
-20 سنتيلتر (حوالي 200 جرام) قشدة كاملة
-ملح فلفل
-لب جوز الهند
– 20 جرام زبدة مملحة
-الثوم المعمر المفروم
ضعي الكريمة في قدر.
يضاف الملح والفلفل وجوزة الطيب.
يغلي لمدة 8 دقائق على نار متوسطة.
سخني الفرن على 190 درجة مئوية.
في نهاية هذا الوقت ، يصبح الكريم سميكًا قليلاً. تصب في أربعة سلطانيات فردية في أجزاء متساوية.
ضعي الرامكين في طبق للخبز.
اكسر بيضة في كل سلطانية.
يُضاف الماء المغلي إلى الطبق حتى ثلاثة أرباع ارتفاع الرامكينز. أضف قطعة صغيرة من الزبدة المملحة بجانب صفار البيض وقليل من الفلفل.
يُطهى في الفرن على حرارة 190 درجة مئوية لمدة 8 دقائق أثناء المشاهدة. إذا كانت البيضة تفتقر إلى القليل من الطهي ، اطبخها بزيادات لمدة دقيقة واحدة ، وفحصها. يبقى الكريم سائلاً ، ويبقى صفار البيض أيضًا. لا يوجد عادة فقط الأبيض المطبوخ!
