لقد أمضت صديقة برازيلية للتو إجازة مع حبيبي في منزلي وجعلتني هذه الوصفة التي تعد في حد ذاتها نوعًا مختلفًا من إحدى وصفاتي. قامت ماريانا بتكييف لطيف حيث يتم استبدال الدقيق بالفول السوداني المحمص ، وحيث يتم تقليل السكر بشكل كبير. هذا يعطي كعكات لذيذة للغاية ، ومثالي لتناول وجبة خفيفة صغيرة تجعلك تقف على قدميك مرة أخرى! وإلى جانب ذلك ، قام صديقه دانيلو أيضًا بإعداد وصفة معكرونة لطيفة سأقوم بنشرها قريبًا على الأرجح! شكرا ماريانا ودانيلو!

100 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
40 جرام شجر بني
50 جرام سكر بني
1 بيضة
1 ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا السائلة
115 جرام شوفان
175 جرام فول سوداني محمص غير مملح
85 جرام رقائق أو قطع شوكولاتة داكنة
50 جرام حبيبات الكاكاو (اختياري)

ضعي الزبدة والسكر البني في وعاء.
تخلط جيداً للحصول على قشطة متجانسة ، ثم تضاف البيضة.
طحن الفول السوداني المحمص غير المملح إلى مسحوق. إذا لم تتمكن من العثور على غير مملح ، خذها مملحة ولكن ضع زبدة غير مملحة بدلاً من الزبدة شبه المملحة!
تصب في وعاء مع رقائق الشوفان.
تخلط جيدا ثم تضاف الشوكولاتة الداكنة.
والرافعة (وهي اختيارية لأنه يصعب العثور عليها).
تخلط جيدا وتترك لمدة 15 دقيقة بينما الشوفان يمتص بعض الرطوبة. ستكون العجينة أقل لزوجة.
اصنعي كرات منبسطة تزن حوالي 55 غ وضعيها على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق برشمان.
اخبزي كل طبق لمدة 12-13 دقيقة عند 175 درجة مئوية على حرارة دوارة.
اتركها تبرد حتى تكون أقل تفتتًا ثم ضعها في صندوق محكم الإغلاق أثناء التهامها!

Une amie brésilienne vient de passer des vacances avec son chéri chez moi et m’a fait cette recette qui est elle-même une variation d’une de mes recettes. Marianna a fait une belle adaptation où la farine est remplacée par des cacahuètes grillées en poudre, et où le sucre est très réduit. Cela donne des gâteaux absolument délicieux, parfaits pour un petit goûter qui remet d’aplomb ! Et d’ailleurs, Danilo, son ami, a aussi cuisiné une belle recette de pâtes que je posterai sans doute bientôt ! Merci Marianna et Danilo !
Mettez le beurre, la vergeoise et la cassonade dans un récipient.
Mélangez bien pour avoir une crème homogène, puis ajoutez l’œuf.
Réduisez les cacahuètes grillées non salées en une poudre. Si vous ne trouvez pas les non salées, prenez-les salées mais mettez du beurre doux à la place du beurre demi-sel !
Versez dans le récipient avec les flocons d’avoine.
Mélangez bien puis ajoutez le chocolat noir.
Et le grué (qui est optionnel car plus difficile à trouver).
Mélangez bien et laissez reposer 15 minutes, le temps que l’avoine absorbe un peu d’humidité. La pâte sera un peu moins collante.
Faites des boules aplaties de 55g environ et placez-les sur une plaque de cuisson garnie de papier sulfurisé.
Faites cuire chaque plaque 12-13 minutes à 175°C sur chaleur tournante.
Laissez tiédir pour qu’ils soient moins friables puis placez-les dans une boite hermétique le temps de les dévorer !
