هذه هي الوصفة الثانية للبراوني ، بعد وصفة الزبدة السوداء وبراونيز الكاكاو (الوصفة هنا ) على مدونة الطبخ الخاصة بي. أنا سادي بعض الشيء لأفعل هذا لك ، لكن بعد كل شيء هذا خطأك !! وضعت وصفة لتبولة طازجة وخفيفة إلى حد ما وطلبت مني وصفة “السعرات الحرارية الذرية” … إذا ها هو ! نعم ، لكن مع قطع الشوكولاتة والموز وطبقة غنية من زبدة الفول السوداني … أجد أن مزيج زبدة الفول السوداني والموز رائع للغاية. المزيد مع الشوكولاتة ، كل ذلك في كعكة طرية … إنه بالتأكيد جيد! لذلك نقول شكرا من ؟؟ شكرا لك يا ثلج لأنه بدونها سأقدم لك وصفة سلطة خفيفة صغيرة …
وصفة لقالب مربع 21×21 سم (16 جزء):
-70 جرام زبدة غير مملحة – 70 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة -210 جرام شوكولاتة
-2 بيض كبير – 165 جرام سكر -2 ملاعق صغيرة من الفانيليا السائلة – 45 جرام طحين -1 موزة – 115 جرام شوكولاتة مقطعة إلى قطع أو ناجتس -110 جرام من زبدة الفول السوداني المقرمشة
تذوب الشوكولاتة والزبدة في حمام ماري أو في الميكروويف.
في وعاء آخر ، اخلطي بيضتين كبيرتين مع السكر والفانيليا.
لا تفرط في الخلط للحصول على عجينة طرية وغير غازية.
صب الشوكولاتة المذابة ولكن ليس ساخنة حتى لا ينضج البيض.
أضف الدقيق.
نضيف الشوكولاتة المقطعة إلى قطع ونصف موزة مهروسة بالشوكة. خلط جيد.
أخيرًا نضيف النصف الثاني من الموز ، هذه المرة مقطعة إلى قطع صغيرة.
