Esta es la segunda receta de brownies, después de la receta de brownies oscuros de mantequilla y cacao (receta AQUÍ) en mi blog de cocina. Soy un poco sádico por hacerte esto, pero al fin y al cabo es tu culpa. Puse una receta de un tabbouleh fresco y ligero y me pedisteis una receta de «calorías atómicas»… Así que ahí lo tienen. Brownies sí, pero con trozos de chocolate, plátano y sobre todo una generosa capa de mantequilla de cacahuete… La combinación de plátano y mantequilla de cacahuete me parece absolutamente divina. Y con chocolate, todo en un suave pastel… Tiene que ser bueno. Entonces, ¿a quién le damos las gracias? Gracias por la nieve, porque sin ella, habría propuesto una receta para una pequeña ensalada ligera…
Receta para un molde cuadrado de 21x21cm (16 piezas):
-70g de mantequilla blanda -70g de mantequilla semi-salada -210g de chocolate
-2 huevos grandes -165g de azúcar -2 cucharaditas de vainilla líquida -45g de harina -1 plátano -115g de chocolate cortado en trozos o virutas -110g de mantequilla de cacahuete crujiente
Derretir el chocolate y la mantequilla al baño María o en el microondas.
En un recipiente aparte, combine los dos huevos grandes, el azúcar y la vainilla.
No mezclar en exceso para que la masa quede blanda y no se airee.
Verter el chocolate fundido, pero no caliente para no cocer los huevos.
Añadir la harina.
Añadir el chocolate picado y la mitad del plátano, machacado con un tenedor. Mezclar bien.
Por último, añada la segunda mitad de plátano, esta vez cortada en trozos pequeños.
Verter en un molde cuadrado de 21×21 forrado con papel de horno.
Extienda bien la masa.
Añadir la mantequilla de cacahuete en pequeños paquetes. Aquí he utilizado mantequilla de cacahuete crujiente.
Con un cuchillo o un palillo, extender la mantequilla de cacahuete para que cada rebanada final tenga un poco.
No metas los dedos en la masa.
Hornear a 170°C durante 30 minutos. ¡Los lados deben empezar a colorearse ligeramente y el resto debe parecer cocido en superficie pero no demasiado por debajo!
Deje que se enfríe por completo y, a continuación, refrigere durante dos horas antes de desmoldar y cortar en rodajas.
Prueba una pequeña rebanada (¡es densa y rica!) y luego otra, y otra…
