بطاطس مهروسة:

– 50 جرام زبدة

– 25 جرام زبدة
– ملح ، فلفل ، جوزة الطيب
-400 جرام من الحلوى السوداء الخالية من النطاق
تحضير الهريس أولاً. قشر البطاطس واطبخها لمدة 20 إلى 30 دقيقة في الماء (أو حتى على البخار). يكفي التحقق من الطهي عن طريق زرع شوكة في حبة بطاطس كبيرة. يجب أن تكون قادرة على الوصول إلى هناك بسهولة.
صفي البطاطس ثم أعيديها إلى المقلاة. اهرسهم في هريس. أنا أفضل البطاطس المهروسة مع الكتل ، إنها جيدة جدًا!
يضاف الملح والفلفل وجوزة الطيب والزبدة شبه المملحة.
