هذا هو المجال النحاسي الذي يكون مبدأ تصنيعه هو نفسه كرة الذهب ، ولكن مع تصميم داخلي مخفي مختلف تمامًا! حتى إذا كنت لا ترغب في بدء هذه الوصفة بسبب كريات الشوكولاتة (لكنها بسيطة للغاية ، ولكنها تتطلب معدات!) ، يمكنك عمل نفس التجميع في دائرة أو فنجان بدون الشوكولاتة المخففة! حتى أنني أقترح عليك تجربة هذه الوصفة ، فقط مع الكريمة المخفوقة بالماسكاربوني والأماريتو! أعجوبة خالصة!
قم بإعداد أنصاف الكرات من الشوكولاتة المخففة كما هو موضح في الوصفة الخاصة بي (انقر فوق “شوكولاتة مقسى” في المكونات.)
أيضا تحضير الأماريتي.
ابدأ بوضع الأماريتي مرة أخرى في الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 10 دقائق لإعادة طهيها وجعلها مقرمشة.
استخدم فرشاة (مع مكياج مخصص لهذا الاستخدام !!) لوضع طبقة من النحاس المتلألئ على أنصاف الكرات غير المصبوبة.
ضعي في وعاء في الثلاجة مع المضارب ، الكريمة ، الماسكاربوني ، الأماريتو والسكر البودرة. اتركها تبرد في الثلاجة لمدة ساعة على الأقل.
أخرجي كل شيء ثم اخفقيه في كريمة مخفوقة سميكة.
لصلصة الشوكولاتة ، اترك الحليب والكريمة يغليان ثم اسكبي الشوكولاتة المقطعة إلى قطع واخلطيها جيدًا واتركيها على نار خفيفة جدًا حتى تصبح جاهزة للاستخدام.
قم بإعداد قهوة قوية إلى حد ما واسكب عليها بعض الأماريتو (حسب ذوق الجميع!). اغمس الأماريتي (الطرية ، وليس المخبوزة في الفرن!).
لتركيب المجالات.
ضعي كريمة الأماريتو المخفوقة في كيس الأنابيب.
ضع مقبض كريم على طبق وضع نصف كرة نحاسية رأسًا على عقب.
املأ بقطعتين أو ثلاثة أماريتي مغموسة بالقهوة ، مقطعة إلى قطع في قاع نصف الكرة.
املأ بالكريمة حتى يتدفق. ضعي ملعقة من آيس كريم القهوة ثم رشي قطع صغيرة من الأماريتي الجافة (المطبوخة).
أغلق مع النصف الثاني من الكرة.
يرش قطيفة جافة حول القاعدة ويوضع فوقها أماريتي ناعم. على أي حال ، يمكننا أن نفعل ما نريد!
قم بإعداد الكرات الثلاثة الأخرى بنفس الطريقة ثم اسكب صوص الشوكولاتة الساخنة فوق الكرات أمام الضيوف. ثم ستتحطم الكرات وتذوب لتكشف عن سرها الداخلي! تأثير مذهل مضمون!
