60 جرام زبيب
10 جرام جوز هند مجفف مبشور
20 جرام لوز
20 جرام جوز البقان
50 جرام زيت لفت
140 جرام شراب جلوكوز
30 جرام شراب ذهبي (أو عسل)
5 جرام فانيليا سائلة
ضعي الشوفان الملفوف وبذور السمسم وبذور اليقطين في وعاء.
يضاف الزبيب وجوز الهند واللوز المقطع والبقان المفروم.
في قدر صغير ، يُسكب الزيت ، القطر الذهبي ، الفانيليا السائلة وشراب الجلوكوز.
جلب إلى يترك على نار خفيفة.
تصب في الحاوية وتخلط جيدا.
يجب أن يكون كل شيء مشربًا تمامًا.
