وصفة “غزال هورنز”:
عجين:
– 500 جرام طحين
– 200 جرام زبدة
-ماء زهر البرتقال
اتصال مزعج: – 750 غ من مسحوق اللوز – 200 جرام سكر -2 ملاعق صغيرة من الفانيليا السائلة -2 ملاعق صغيرة من مسحوق القرفة -ماء زهر البرتقال – سكر ناعم ، قرفة
ابدأ بتحضير العجين. ضع الزبدة في قطع والدقيق في وعاء محضر الطعام المزود بـ “k” ، أو ببساطة في وعاء كبير إذا لم يكن لديك هذا النوع من محضر الطعام.
ابدأ الخلط مع الرمل تمامًا. أضف ماء الزهرة تدريجياً شجرة البرتقال. لذلك عليك أن تذهب ببطء لترى امتصاص الدقيق.
لخلط معا. يجب أن تكون العجينة طرية وليست لزجة.
ضع كرة العجين في مكان بارد في فيلم مطاطي لمدة 30 دقيقة إذا كانت الزبدة باردة وإلا لمدة ساعة.
تحضير الحشوة. ضعي اللوز المطحون في المطبخ أو محضر الطعام كينوود أو على منضدة.
نضيف السكر ونخلط جيدا ثم القرفة. امزج مرة أخرى.
احفر بئر في الوسط واسكب القليل من ماء زهر البرتقال وأضف الفانيليا السائلة.
ابدأ بالعجن بإضافة ماء الزهر شيئًا فشيئًا (بلطف شديد!). عندما تتكتل العجينة معًا وتشكل كرة ، تنتهي!
إذا لم تضع كمية كافية من ماء الزهر ، فإن الحشوة تجعل الأصابع لامعة (بسبب اللوز الدهني) ، لذلك عليك إضافة القليل من ماء الزهر حتى تلتصق العجينة قليلاً وتصبح الأصابع باهتة.
سخني الفرن على 190 درجة مئوية.
افردي العجين بما فيه الكفاية ناعما ، حوالي 2 مم.
باستخدام قطاعة بسكويت دائرية مقاس 9.5 سم ، قطّعي العجين بشكل دائري.
ضعي لفافة من العجين في وسط كل دائرة. النقانق تكاد تكون بحجم الدائرة نفسها.
نأخذ دائرة من العجين تحتوي على السجق ونغلق الحواف العلوية.
وتعطي شكل هلال.
تقدم بنفس الطريقة لجميع دوائر العجين.
باستخدام أسطوانة مسننة ، تقطع على شكل هلال الحشو.
ثم قم بإزالة العجينة الزائدة.
يُطهى لمدة 15-20 دقيقة عند 190 درجة مئوية. بمجرد الخروج من الفرن ، رشي قرون الغزال بالسكر البودرة ثم أضيفي القليل من مسحوق القرفة في المنتصف. اتركيه ليبرد واستمتع بشاي بالنعناع!
