¡Aquí tienes una receta de cuernos de gacela! No será el único, ya que hay varios tipos. Los hay aún más finos, pero son marroquíes. Me aseguraré de ir a buscar estas otras versiones. Pronto publicaré también la receta de los «cuernos de gacela argelina» que se recubren con azúcar glas. Esta receta se adelantó en el boletín de febrero y su publicación estaba prevista para el 1 de agosto. ¡Está hecho!
Receta de «Cornes de Gazelles»:
Masa:
-500g de harina
-200g de mantequilla
-agua de azahar
Llamada de broma: -750g de polvo de almendra -200g de azúcar -2 cucharaditas de vainilla líquida -2 cucharaditas de canela en polvo -agua de azahar -azúcar glasé, canela
Comience por preparar la masa. Poner la mantequilla y la harina en el bol de una batidora con la «k», o simplemente en un bol grande si no se tiene.
Empezar a mezclar para lijar completamente. Añade el agua floral poco a poco Naranjo. Hay que ir poco a poco para ver cómo se absorbe la harina.
Mezcla. La masa debe ser bastante suave pero no pegajosa.
Colocar la bola de masa en un lugar fresco y en film transparente durante 30 minutos si la mantequilla estaba fría, de lo contrario una hora.
Preparar el relleno. Poner el polvo de almendra en un procesador de alimentos kitchenaid o kenwood o en una mesa.
Añadir el azúcar, mezclar bien y luego la canela. Vuelve a mezclar.
Hacer un pozo en el centro y verter un poco de agua de azahar y añadir la vainilla líquida.
Empezar a amasar, añadiendo el agua de azahar poco a poco (¡con mucha suavidad!). Cuando la masa se agrupe y forme una bola, ¡está lista!
Si no se utiliza suficiente agua de azahar, el relleno hará que los dedos queden brillantes (por la grasa de las almendras), por lo que hay que añadir un poco más de agua de azahar hasta que la masa se pegue un poco y los dedos queden más mates.
Precalentar el horno a 190°C.
Extienda la masa bastante fina hasta alcanzar un grosor de 2 mm.
Con un cortador de galletas redondo de 9,5 cm, cortar círculos en la masa.
Colocar una bola de masa en el centro de cada círculo. La salchicha es casi tan grande como el propio círculo.
Tome un círculo de masa que contenga la salchicha y cierre los bordes superiores.
Y dar una forma de media luna.
Proceda de la misma manera con todos los círculos de pastelería.
Con una rueda dentada, cortar en forma de media luna de relleno.
A continuación, retire el exceso de masa.
Hornear durante 15-20 minutos a 190°C. Una vez sacados del horno, espolvorear los cuernos de gacela con azúcar glas y añadir un poco de canela en polvo en el centro. Dejar enfriar y disfrutar con un té de menta.
