Dernière recette avec l’ail des ours pour cette année. En ce moment je publie un peu moins, car je viens de terminer mon 7ème livre qui sortira en octobre 2021, et je vais aussi souvent en Bretagne en famille. Je vous propose cette fois une savoureuse tarte à l’ail des ours, simple à faire et très originale. Dès que je peux publier un peu plus, c’est promis, je le fais ! Mais sachez que j’ai pas mal de recettes inédites et incroyables dans le prochaine ouvrage.
Préparez tout d’abord votre pâte comme indiqué dans la recette ICI. J’ai pris ma pâte des empadas qui est parfaite. Étalez la moitié de la pâte réalisée (emballez et congelez le reste). Je prends ici un moule rectangulaire, mais la recette est valable pour un moule circulaire de 20cm de diamètre. J’ai simplement voulu changer le format pour la photo.
Placez la pâte étalée dans le moule choisi puis coupez l’excédent.
Versez dans un récipient, les œufs, la crème entière (liquide ou non), le pesto et le comté.
Mélangez bien, salez et poivrez. Je mets aussi un peu de piment en poudre.
Hachez l’ail des ours préalablement lavé et essoré, fleurs comprises, et versez le tout dans la crème.
Versez dans le fond de pâte.
Faites cuire 1h15 à 170°C.
Laissez tiédir puis dégustez cette délicieuse tarte !
