Je suis allé au marché l’autre jour pour acheter des pêches. J’en avais dégustées de très bonnes une semaine avant, mais cette fois je suis tombé sur des pêches qui se sont avérées pâteuses et sans jus. Grosse déception, pourtant j’étais allé au même endroit et pris les mêmes fruits qui avaient le même aspect. Aucune envie de les jeter, j’ai préféré en faire un délicieux gâteau renversé. Je précuis légèrement les pêches avant, et elles deviennent du coup très savoureuses et juteuses. La pâte qui se trouve sur le dessus est addictive !! Et le mélange entre les deux est juste parfait.
Pour cette recette, comme je le disais, j’ai pris des pêches qui étaient parfaites pour la cuisson. Mais même de très bonnes pêches donneront un très bon gâteau ! Je n’en ai que 4 sur la photo, mais j’en ai finalement mis près de 8. Autant que le moule le permettait !
Épluchez-les et coupez-les en gros morceaux. Placez-les dans une casserole avec deux cuillerées à soupe de sucre.
Faites-les cuire 5-7 minutes sur feu modéré.
Elles vont rendre un peu de jus, c’est parfait ! Versez-les dans le plat.
Faites la pâte en mélangeant le sucre et le beurre.
Ajoutez la farine, les œufs et la vanille.
Mélangez bien puis versez sur les pêches.
Faites cuire 35 minutes à 170°C. Adaptez la cuisson à votre propre four !
