Un gâteau prêt à passer au four en 10 minutes. C’est vraiment simple et rapide pour un résultat riche et délicieux. Je ne l’ai pas mis sur la photo, mais vous pourrez le servir avec un coulis de myrtilles, ce sera encore meilleur. Ce gâteau est un peu comme un mélange de quatre quarts et de cheesecake. Il est surmonté de myrtilles qui vont cuire avec. Vous pouvez en mettre plus que sur les photos, j’ai d’ailleurs déjà changé les proportions pour que vous en ayez plus. Les myrtilles fraiches ont tendance à rester assez similaires avant et après cuisson, et vous pourrez mettre sans souci des myrtilles congelées qui feront plus une sorte de coulis naturel. Parfait pour un goûter décadent !
Pour la pâte à gâteau, mélangez la farine et le sucre roux.
Ajoutez les œufs, le beurre fondu et le lait fermenté.
Ajoutez aussi la vanille et la levure.
Un bon coup de fouet et voilà !
Pour la crème, mélangez le cream cheese et le sucre.
Ajoutez l’intérieur d’une gousse de vanille et un gros œuf.
Mélangez bien et c’est déjà fini.
Mettez un morceau de papier sulfurisé au fond d’un moule à bord amovible. Beurrez et farinez la bordure intérieure.
Versez la pâte dans le moule.
Ajoutez la crème en essayant de reste au centre.
Puis étalez jusqu’à 1 cm de la bordure.
Ajoutez les myrtilles fraiches ou congelées. Vous pouvez en ajouter beaucoup plus si vous le souhaitez. Les fraiches ne bougent pas beaucoup. Avec les congelées vous aurez plus une sorte de coulis.
Ajoutez les amandes sur le pourtour.
Faites cuire 1 heure à 170°C.
Laissez tiédir puis démoulez.
Placez-le au frais au moins deux heures (ou une nuit) avant de le découper en parts.
