Vous l’avez constaté sur mon blog de cuisine, je suis un fou de cake et je ne finirai jamais d’explorer toutes les combinaisons possibles. Je vous propose cette recette facile à la noix de coco et au chocolat blanc. Ce dernier va fondre et laissez des petites cavités caramélisées absolument délicieuses, surtout avec le beurre demi-sel de ce délicieux cake qui sera parfait pour le goûter !
Faites fondre le beurre demi-sel et mélangez-le avec le sucre de canne.
Ajoutez les œufs.
Mélangez puis versez la farine et la levure chimique.
Terminez en ajoutant la noix de coco et le chocolat blanc. J’ai mis ici des pastilles Valrhona coupées en morceaux, mais vous pouvez mettre des pépites, des chunks ou même une tablette coupée en gros morceaux.
Un dernier coup de spatule et voilà le travail !
Versez dans le moule chemisé de papier sulfurisé.
Faites cuire à 155°C pendant 1h00 puis 30 minutes à 120°C avec vapeur si vous cette option. Sinon, mettez un plat à gratin avec de l’eau bouillante dans le bas du four pour les 30 dernières minutes. Le cake va bien gonfler !
Comme d’habitude avec mes recettes de cakes, laissez refroidir à température ambiante, puis mettez au frais une nuit avec un film étirable pour le protéger des odeurs. Le lendemain il sera parfait !
