Cake salé à l'ail des ours

Une bonne amie m’a donné un énorme sac d’ail des ours fraîchement cueilli en forêt. Mille mercis à Flore, je vous invite à aller voir sa page Instagram ICI ! J’en ai profité pour faire trois recettes, dont celle-ci est la première. J’adore l’ail des ours et ce n’est pas toujours simple d’en trouver en magasin. J’étais donc aux anges en voyant tout ce que j’allais pouvoir faire avec. Je vous propose un cake salé très facile, à l’ail des ours donc, aux tomates et feta. À vos fouets !

Ingredients

300 g farine
120 g huile d’olive
3 œufs
240 g lait entier
11 g levure chimique
5 g sel
15 g sucre
120 g fromage râpé
100 g ail des ours
250 à 300 g tomates cerises
150 g feta
poivre du moulin

Instructions

Mettez dans un récipient la farine, l’huile d’olive, les œufs, le lait, la levure, le sel et le sucre.
Pour le fromage, j’ai mis de l’emmental. Hop dans le récipient.
Mélangez bien, la pâte est déjà prête.
Voici le bel ail des ours. Je mets tout : tige, feuilles et même les fleurs. Il suffit de bien le laver puis de l’essorer.
Hachez-le au couteau assez finement.
Mettez tout dans le récipient de pâte et mélangez bien.
Ajoutez les tomates coupées en deux.
Et la feta en morceaux. Poivrez à votre goût.
Versez le tout dans le moule chemisé de papier sulfurisé.
Enfournez à chaleur tournante préchauffée à 180°C, puis laissez cuire 50 minutes à 1 heure.
Laissez refroidir avant de découper en tranches et de déguster !

A good friend gave me a huge bag of wild garlic freshly picked in the forest. Many thanks to Flore, I invite you to check out her Instagram page HERE! I took the opportunity to make three recipes, of which this is the first. I love wild garlic and it’s not always easy to find it in stores. So I was over the moon to see what I could do with it. I propose you a very easy salted cake, with wild garlic, tomatoes and feta. Get your whips!

Recette du CAKE SALÉ À L’AIL DES OURS pour un moule à cake de 28cm :

300g of flour
120g of olive oil
3 eggs
240g of whole milk
1 bag of 11g of baking powder
5g of salt
15g of sugar
120g of grated cheese
100g of wild garlic
250 to 300g of cherry tomatoes
150g of feta cheese
ground pepper

Instructions :

Put the flour, olive oil, eggs, milk, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl.

For the cheese, I used Emmental cheese. Hop in the container.

Mix well, the dough is already ready.

Here is the beautiful wild garlic. I put everything: stem, leaves and even flowers. Just wash it well and then wring it out.

Chop it with a knife quite finely.

Put everything in the dough container and mix well.

Add the halved tomatoes.

And the feta cheese in pieces. Add pepper to taste.

Pour the mixture into the parchment paper-lined pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Let cool before slicing and eating!
