Ingredients: 200 g vergeoise (brune ou blonde); 45 g sucre; 45 g miel; 120 g beurre (demi-sel); 1/2 c. à soupe vanille (liquide); 1 œuf; 150 g farine; 150 g flocons d’avoine; 50 g rice krispies; 1/2 cannelle (en poudre); 2 g levure (chimique); 150 g chocolat noir (en chunks); 150 g cacahuètes grillées (non salées)

Barres énergie avoine chocolat et cacahuètes

Pour un goûter savoureux et revigorant, qui calmera une cacahuètite aiguë, je vous propose ces barres énergétiques avoine, chocolat et cacahuètes à la texture parfaite. Elles seront aussi très bonnes au petit déjeuner, mais il faut garder en tête que l’on est proche d’un cookie à la texture plus ferme, plus « chewy » ! Ce qui en fait un délice, mais à manger sans doute avec modération et à partager sans complexe.

Ingredients

Recette pour un moule de 33x22cm :

200 g vergeoise brune ou blonde
45 g sucre
45 g miel
120 g beurre demi-sel
1/2 c. à soupe vanille liquide
1 œuf
150 g farine
150 g flocons d’avoine
50 g rice krispies
1/2 cannelle en poudre
2 g levure chimique
150 g chocolat noir en chunks
150 g cacahuètes grillées non salées

Instructions

Mélangez ensemble les sucres, le miel, le beurre et la vanille.
Quand le tout devient homogène, ajoutez l’œuf.
Mélangez puis versez les flocons d’avoine, la farine et les rice krispies. N’oubliez pas la levure et la cannelle.
Mélangez puis terminez avec les cacahuètes et le chocolat.
Un dernier mélange.
Versez dans le moule chemisée de papier sulfurisé.
Étalez uniformément.
Puis faites cuire 22 minutes à 170°C sur chaleur tournante.
Laissez totalement refroidir avant de couper en parts.
À conserver en boite hermétique !

For a tasty and invigorating snack that will calm an acute peanut attack, I suggest these oatmeal, chocolate and peanut energy bars with a perfect texture. They will also be very good for breakfast, but you have to keep in mind that we are close to a cookie with a firmer texture, more “chewy”! This makes it a delicacy, but to be eaten in moderation and shared without complex.

Recipe for a mold of 33x22cm :

200g of brown or blond vergeoise
45g of sugar
45g of honey
120g of semi-salted butter
1/2 spoonful of liquid vanilla
1 egg
150g flour
150g of oatmeal
50g of rice krispies
1/2 spoonful of cinnamon powder
2g of baking powder
150g of dark chocolate in chunks
150g unsalted roasted peanuts

Instructions :

Mix together the sugars, honey, butter and vanilla.

When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add the egg.

Mix and then pour in the oats, flour and rice krispies. Don’t forget the yeast and cinnamon.

Mix and finish with the peanuts and chocolate.

A final mix.

Pour into the parchment paper-lined pan.

Spread evenly.

Then bake for 22 minutes at 170°C on revolving heat.

Let cool completely before cutting into slices.

Store in an airtight box!
