تحضير الفستق الداخلي. ببساطة قم بخلط جميع المكونات في وعاء.

بالنسبة للجزء الداخلي من الفستق، فمن الأسهل ترتيبه باستخدام كيس التزيين، حتى لو كانت النتيجة قبيحة، لأن كل شيء سيتم تغطيته!
ثم وزعي المزيد بالملعقة حتى تقتربي من الحافة.
نسكب النصف الآخر من العجينة، ونساويها بشكل متساوي. ثم يرش باللوز المطحون.
يُطهى لمدة ساعة في فرن مسخن مسبقًا إلى 165 درجة مئوية على نار ثابتة (يُسمى أيضًا الطبخ التقليدي)، وبالتالي لا يدور الحرارة. إذا كنت تستخدم حرارة الحمل الحراري، فسوف ترتفع الكعكة مع وجود نتوء في المنتصف، بينما في الحرارة الساكنة، ترتفع الكعكة بالتساوي على السطح بأكمله.
بعد إخراج الكيك من الفرن، اتركيه ليبرد لمدة ساعة. قم بفك الكعكة ووضعها على الرف. أقوم بدهن طبقة محايدة، لكن يمكنك أيضًا إضافة مربى المشمش الدافئ.
