بعد هذه الفترة المعقدة منذ بداية العام والتي انتهت للأسف بما كنا نخشاه (رسالتي السابقة واضحة تمامًا) ، أعود مع وصفة بسيطة للغاية. أنا لست خاليًا من الغلوتين أو اللاكتوز ، بالنظر إلى الزبدة والدقيق اللذين أستخدمهما عادةً! لكن من وقت لآخر ، أجد أنه من المثير للاهتمام النظر في الأمر. لقد تذوقت كعكة مماثلة ، ومن الواضح أنني أردت أن أفعلها مرة أخرى في المنزل. والنتيجة مذهلة ونعومة لا تضاهى! خيار ممتاز عندما تبحث عن وصفة جيدة لمن حولك بدون جلوتين أو لاكتوز ، أو لنفسك لتجربة قوام جديد.
