Une grosse tranche de cake au thé vert matcha et cerises fraiches pour le goûter, j’en rêvais !! Je vous propose ma recette qui donne un cake dense et moelleux à la fois, absolument irrésistible. Je ne suis pas le plus grand fan de thé vert, mais en gâteau j’ai récemment changé d’avis. Je trouve que sa saveur en est sublimée !
Recette de CAKE AU THÉ VERT MATCHA ET CERISES FRAICHES :
Pour un cake de 28cm :
210g de beurre
100g de chocolat blanc
370g de farine
200g de sucre
1 sachet de levure chimique
15g de thé vert matcha pour la cuisine
50g de poudre d’amande
180g d’œuf (3 gros œufs)
170g de lait fermenté
250g de cerises fraiches dénoyautées
Instructions :
Faites fondre le chocolat blanc avec le beurre.
Dans un récipient ou dans la cuve de votre robot, versez la farine, la poudre d’amande, la levure chimique, le thé vert et le sucre.
Ajoutez les œufs et le lait fermenté.
Mélangez soigneusement avec la feuille ou à la cuillère.
Ajoutez alors le beurre fondu/chocolat blanc. Mélangez de nouveau.
Pour les cerises, équeutez-les et dénoyautez-les.
J’utilise pour cela un dénoyauteur très pratique !
Versez les cerises dans la pâte et mélangez.
Versez la pâte dans le moule à cake chemisé de papier sulfurisé.
Faites cuire 15 minutes à 160°C, puis 1h20 à 145°C. Je mets ensuite 30 minutes à 120°C avec fonction vapeur de mon four. Il suffit sinon de mettre de l’eau bouillante dans un plat à gratin dans le bas du four pour cette dernière étape.
ET hop un cake tout gonflé !
Laissez-le refroidir totalement avant de le mettre dans un film étirable au frais toute une nuit au réfrigérateur.

شريحة كبيرة من كعكة الشاي الأخضر ماتشا والكرز الطازج لتذوقها ، حلمت بها !! أقدم لكم وصفتي التي تعطي كعكة كثيفة وناعمة في نفس الوقت ، لا تقاوم على الإطلاق. لست من أكبر المعجبين بالشاي الأخضر ، لكنني غيرت رأيي مؤخرًا في الكعكة. أجد أن نكهته متسامحة!
Ce cake est tout simplement délicieux. On vient de le déguster au dejeuner et tout le monde a adoré. Je le referrai et vite,pour profiter de la saison des cerises mais avec deux fois plus de cerises la prochaine fois! Merci!

Le thé est il possible de le remplacer par une autre sorte, j en trouve pas?
