بعد صنع ما يقرب من كيلوغرامين من النوجا ، اعتقدت أن الآيس كريم كان الخطوة المنطقية التالية. أقدم لكم كالمعتاد نسختي من هذا الآيس كريم. قطع صغيرة من الفستق الحلبي واللوز المشوي تأتي لتزيين هذا الآيس كريم بطعم جيد من العسل.
ابدأ بـ “تقشير” النوجا إذا كان بها صفيحة من الفطير. عندما أستخدم نوجا محلية الصنع في هذه الوصفة ، انظر الوصفة هنا ، لذلك وضعت هذه الورقة التي سأتخلص منها هنا.
ثم قطع النوجا إلى قطع خشنة.
