115 جرام طحين
100 جرام دقيق القمح الكامل T110
100 جرام دقيق الجاودار
أقل بقليل من 1/8 ملعقة صغيرة (ملعقة قياس أمريكية) صودا الخبز
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
100 غرام من السكر
115 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
50 جرام بيضة
30 جرام حليب خالي الدسم
15 جرام زيت (بذور اللفت المحايدة للطبخ)
3/4 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا سائلة
300 جرام شوكولاتة (1/3 غامق و 2/3 حليب) مقسّى
ضع الدقيق ودقيق T110 ودقيق الجاودار وصودا الخبز والملح في وعاء KitchenAid أو في وعاء.
نضيف السكر والزبدة شبه المملحة مقطعة إلى قطع.
اخلطي مع الورقة حتى تحصل على قوام رملي.
ثم نضيف البيض والحليب منزوع الدسم والزيت والفانيليا السائلة.
استمري في الخلط حتى تحصلي على عجينة تلتصق ببعضها البعض ، دون الإصرار كثيرًا على المخاطرة بتكوين عجين شديد الصلابة بعد الطهي.
أعد العجين إلى شكل كرة.
ضعه بالارض في فيلم مطاطي. توجه إلى الثلاجة لمدة ساعة.
ثم افردي العجينة بين ورقتين من ورق البرشمان بسماكة 6 مم.
يُطحّن الجزء العلوي والسفلي من العجين قليلاً ثم يُقطّع باستخدام قواطع البسكويت. إنني أدرك جيدًا أنك ملزم بأن تسألني أين وجدت هذه. يجب أن أقول إنهم رائعون حقًا !! لقد وجدتهم في الولايات المتحدة مقابل حوالي خمسة عشر دولارًا. لكن الوصفة تعمل أيضًا مع أي قاطع ملفات تعريف الارتباط! هنا النمر.

تذوب الشوكولاتة. يتيح لك التقسية الحصول على شوكولاتة بدون آثار بيضاء. لذلك ، أسلوبي هنا !
يمكنك الاستغناء عن التهدئة ولكن النتيجة ستكون أقل جمالًا. عندما تصبح الشوكولاتة جاهزة ، ادفع كعكة الغريبة للداخل ، ممسكًا بها بشوكة.
ارفعيها وأزيلي الشوكولاتة الزائدة تحتها. ثم ضعه على ورق الزبدة.
