للخليط:
50 جرام زعتر
100 جرام سمسم محمص
100 جرام سماق
10 جرام ملح
للباقي :
جرة لبنة
100 جرام صنوبر
زيت الزيتون
خبز لبناني
Instructions :
ها هو الزعتر. ستجده في محلات البقالة الغريبة أو على الإنترنت. يبدو قليلا مثل الزعتر.
صب الزعتر في وعاء.
يضاف السماق. هذه التوابل ليمون قليلاً ويمكن العثور عليها في نفس المحلات مثل الزعتر.
نضع بذور السمسم والملح.
مزيج ، انتهى! يمكنك الاحتفاظ بهذا الخليط لعدة أشهر في وعاء محكم.
نحمص الصنوبر في مقلاة صغيرة على نار متوسطة. يجب أن تلون ببطء.
وها هي اللبنة. يشبه إلى حد ما جبن فيلادلفيا الكريمي ، لكنه أكثر ملوحة ولذيذ!
صب طبقة جيدة من سنتيمتر واحد في طبق.
يُرش بخليط الزعتر ويُرش بزيت الزيتون بسخاء.
نرش الصنوبر المحمص واستمتع بخبز لبناني جيد ، مشوي أم لا!
