تنهار الحنطة السوداء:
25 جرام بندق
35 جرام دقيق الحنطة السوداء
15 جرام جبن بارميزان مبشور
25 جرام زبدة مملحة
الفلفل الأسود
400 جرام من الفطر (هنا فطر المحار)
4 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
4 فصوص ثوم
الثوم المعمر
400 جرام كروزيت الحنطة السوداء
كريمة البندق البارميزان
1 ملعقة صغيرة زيت زيتون
250 مل كامل الدسم
25 جرام بندق مطحون
25 جرام جبن بارميزان مبشور
حد ذاته الفلفل
تحضير عجينة الفتات. اخلطي البندق لتقليلها إلى مسحوق. يمكنك بالطبع استخدام مسحوق البندق!
ضع مسحوق البندق ودقيق الحنطة السوداء وجبن البارميزان المبشور والزبدة المملحة (في درجة حرارة الغرفة) في وعاء. الفلفل حسب ذوقك.
تخلط باليد للحصول على عجينة متجانسة.
تنقسم إلى قطع كبيرة كما تنهار. ضعها على ورق الزبدة.
طهي لمدة 18 دقيقة عند 180 درجة مئوية.
تحضير الفطر. أستخدم فطر المحار هنا.
قطعها إلى قطع.
صب 4 ملاعق كبيرة من زيت الزيتون في مقلاة كبيرة. أضف فصوص الثوم المهروسة (مع عصارة الثوم!).
صب الفطر.
يتبل بالملح والفلفل ويضاف بعض الثوم المعمر المفروم.
قم بطهيها حتى تأخذ لونًا جميلًا.
هنا كروزيت الحنطة السوداء. إنها العلامة التجارية الوحيدة التي أعرفها. اشتريتها من السوبر ماركت الخاص بي ، لذلك أعتقد أنه من السهل جدًا العثور عليها.
تقول العبوة لطهيها لمدة 15 دقيقة.
لكنني طهوتهم لوقت أقل. يُطهى لمدة 13 دقيقة في ماء مغلي مملح.
