وصفة لحوالي ثلاثين رافيولي (5 إلى 6 أشخاص):

35 جرام نشاء ذرة
ملح فلفل
1 عبوة لفافات فطيرة باللحم (250 جرام)
لتحضير الصلصة:
140 مل ماء
30 جرام سكر
5 غ من بذور الكزبرة المطحونة
10 جرام زيت فلفل حار
20 مل صلصة صويا خفيفة
10 مل صلصة الصويا الداكنة
10 مل خل أسود صيني
1 فص ثوم مفروم
ابدأ بتقطيع الفطر إلى قطع صغيرة.
لهذه الوصفة ، استخدمت الثوم المعمر الصيني. يمكنك وضع الثوم المعمر الكلاسيكي.

لتحضير الصلصة: ضعي الماء والسكر وعفن الكزبرة في قدر. اغلي الماء.
