حصلت على هذه الوصفة من جدة أمريكية (مربية للأصدقاء) خلال رحلة لغوية إلى الولايات المتحدة منذ زمن طويل (1992 !!). لطالما كنت أعتز به لأنه بالنسبة لي أفضل ما يمكن أن أجده! ملفات تعريف الارتباط مقرمشة كما تريد (بفضل دقيق الشوفان) وتذوب في الفم من الداخل. مزيج الشوكولاتة الداكنة وشوكولاتة الحليب رائع!
يمكنك عمل كرات من العجين في وقت مبكر وتجميدها نيئة. بهذه الطريقة ، كل ما تبقى هو طهيها مباشرة من المجمدة ، وبالتالي يكون وقت الطهي أطول قليلاً.
وصفة ملفات تعريف الارتباط:
-225 جم زبدة غير مملحة في درجة حرارة الغرفة
-225 جرام سكر
– 190 جرام شجر بني
-2 بيض
-1 ملعقة كبيرة من الفانيليا السائلة
– 300 جرام طحين
– 200 غ من رقائق الشوفان المطحونة (في الخلاط)
-1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
-1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من البيكينغ باودر
-1 ملعقة صغيرة من صودا الخبز
– 200 جرام من رقائق الشوكولاتة الداكنة (أستخدم ألواح مكسورة في “قطعة”)
– 100 جرام رقائق شوكولاتة بالحليب
– 65 جرام جوز مقطع
سخني الفرن على 190 درجة مئوية.
اخلطي الزبدة مع السكر في وعاء. نضيف البيض ثم الفانيليا السائلة.
في وعاء آخر ، اخلطي الدقيق مع مسحوق الشوفان والملح والبيكنج بودر وصودا الخبز. خلط جيد. أضف هذا الخليط الجاف إلى الخليط الأول شيئًا فشيئًا. سوف يتطلب الأمر بعض شحوم الكوع للخلط جيدًا عندما يتم دمج كل الدقيق / الشوفان! ثم نضيف رقائق الشوكولاتة وننتهي بالجوز المفروم.
اصنعي كرات من هذه العجينة ، بحجم حبة الجوز (يمكنك عمل كرات أكبر قليلاً!) ثم ضعيها على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة. (اترك بعض المساحة بين كرات اللحم لأنها سوف تتسطح عند طهيها!). اخبز لمدة 7 دقائق ، وتحقق من الطهي (حسب الفرن ، يجب أن تكون ملفات تعريف الارتباط ذهبية) ثم أخرجها من الفرن واتركها ترتاح لمدة 5 دقائق قبل نزعها ووضعها على رف سلكي.
