وصفة مليئة بالنضارة ومثالية لفصل الصيف وموجاته الحارة. أقوم بصنع حليب جوز الهند الصغير هذا من أجل التغيير (لديك وصفة بانا كوتاالتقليديةهنا ) ، وهي نباتية بنسبة 100٪. أنا أخدمهم مع جرانولا محلية الصنع مقرمشة للغاية وفواكه حمراء طازجة جدًا لمزيج من القوام لذيذ للغاية. مع نكهة الحمضيات ،
وصفة لـ 6 أشخاص:
1 كغم من حليب جوز الهند (وزني لكن اللتر جيد أيضًا ؟؟؟؟)
100 غرام من السكر
1 حبة صغيرة من الجير الكفيري أو الجير غير المعالج
1 عود فانيليا
2.5 جرام أجار أجار
للجرانولا
65 جرام شوفان
40 جرام شراب الصبار
40 جرام زيت محايد (بذور اللفت للطبخ)
15 جرام شجر بني
20 جرام بذور عباد الشمس
فواكه حمراء من اختيارك
تعليمات :
بالنسبة لهذه الوصفة ، لا آخذ حليب جوز الهند من السوبر ماركت الكلاسيكي ، ولكن من السوبر ماركت الآسيوي. هناك Aroy-D وهو جيد جدًا أو ماركة Chaokoh.
يُسكب حليب جوز الهند في قدر مع قشر الليمون الكفيري. لا تضع بالضرورة الحماس الكامل ، فقط جزء منه لأنه قوي بما فيه الكفاية.
بالنسبة لأجار أجار ، غالبًا ما تكون الأكياس 4 جرام. صب فقط أكثر من النصف بقليل!
اخلطي أجار أجار مع السكر.
يُسكب حليب جوز الهند ويُخلط جيدًا.
أضف الجزء الداخلي من جراب الفانيليا.
يقلب على نار خفيفة ليغلي كل شيء.
عندما يغلي المزيج ، يُسكب في السلطانيات.
تبرد سلطانياتك.
اخلطي رقائق الشوفان مع الزيت وشراب الصبار.
أضف بذور الشجر وبذور عباد الشمس.
اخلط جيدا. تصب في صينية خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة. تُسطح قليلاً وتوضع في الفرن على حرارة 170 درجة مئوية لمدة 20 دقيقة
تتكيف الجرانولا مع الفرن الخاص بك ، ويجب أن تكون ذهبية اللون.
دعها تبرد تماما. سوف تصبح مقرمشة جدا.
قدمي البانا كوتا مع الجرانولا على شكل قطع وفاكهة حمراء.
Panna Cotta au lait de coco, Granola et fruits rouges

Une recette pleine de fraicheur, parfaite pour l’été et sa canicule. Je fais ces petites panna cotta au lait de coco pour changer (vous avez ma recette de pana cotta traditionnelles ICI), qui du coup sont 100% véganes. Je les sers avec un granola maison bien croustillant et des fruits rouges bien frais pour un mélange de textures tout à fait délicieux. Avec du zeste d’agrume,
Pour cette recette, je ne prends pas mon lait de coco au supermarché classique, mais en supermarché asiatique. Il y a Aroy-D qui est très bien, ou la marque Chaokoh.
Versez le lait de coco dans une casserole avec le zeste du combava. Ne mettez pas forcément le zeste entier, juste une partie car c’est assez fort.
Pour l’agar-agar, souvent les sachets sont de 4g. Versez juste un tout petit plus de la moitié !
Mélangez l’agar-agar avec le sucre.
Versez dans le lait de coco et mélangez bien.
Ajoutez l’intérieur d’une gousse de vanille.
Mélangez sur feu doux pour porter le tout à ébullition.
Quand le mélange bout, versez dans les ramequins.
Mettez vos ramequins au frais.Mélangez les flocons d’avoine avec l’huile, le sirop d’agave.
Ajoutez la vergeoise et les graines de tournesol.
Mélangez bien. Versez sur une plaque garnie de papier sulfurisé. Aplatissez légèrement et mettez au four à 170°C pendant 20 minutes
Adaptez à votre four, le granola doit être bien doré.
Laissez complètement refroidir. Il va devenir bien croustillant.
Servez les panna cotta avec le granola en morceaux et des fruits rouges.
