كراميل بالصنوبر:
125 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
120 جرام سكر
125 جرام عسل
225 جرام صنوبر
Instructions :
ضع الزبدة والسكر في وعاء محضر الطعام المزود بالورق أو في وعاء.
امزج حتى تحصل على كريم متجانس.
نضيف الدقيق ونخلط حتى نحصل على عجينة.
لا تخلط أكثر.
صب في القالب أو الطبق (23×30 سم بالنسبة لي) ، مع الحرص على وضع ورقة الخبز المقطعة بحجم القاع.
افرد العجينة بالتساوي.
تخبز في فرن محمى على حرارة 175 درجة مئوية لمدة 20 إلى 25 دقيقة. يجب أن يكون الجزء العلوي ذهبيًا قليلاً.
تُسكب الزبدة والسكر والعسل من الكراميل في قدر.
تذوب ثم تصل إلى 114 درجة مئوية.
ثم نسكب الصنوبر من النار.
اخلط جيدا.
ثم اسكبي العجين المطبوخ على الفور.
اطبخ هذه المرة مرة أخرى على درجة حرارة 165 درجة مئوية لمدة 25 دقيقة.
يجب أن يكون الجزء العلوي ملونًا بشكل جيد وتظهر الفقاعات على السطح.
اتركه يبرد تمامًا لدرجة حرارة الغرفة. تقطع إلى قطع لطيفة.
قم بتخزين الغريبة في وعاء محكم في درجة حرارة الغرفة.
