لقد كنت أبحث عن وصفة لائقة لفطائر الشوكولاتة لفترة من الوقت الآن لأنني أشعر بخيبة أمل مستمرة! لقد جربت مجموعة كاملة منهم قبل التعديل والوصول إلى هذا! أعتقد أنهم يرقون إلى مستوى الاسم الذي أعطيته لهم! إنه انفجار حقيقي للشوكولاتة …! بالنسبة للشكل “الذري” ، عليك أن تعرف أنني أتخيل تمامًا الفطائر الضخمة التي تجدها في “ستاربكس” ، لذلك ذهبت لأسألهم عن القوالب التي استخدموها …
… لصنع فطائرهم الضخمة. لذلك ذهبت حول العالم بحثًا عنهم ، لأنني لم أتمكن من العثور عليهم على الإنترنت! هذه قوالب “شيكاغو ميتاليك” ، نموذج “صينية المافن الكبيرة ذات التاج” … ها أنت تعرف كل شيء! لذلك أنا أحبهم وأغش (وأوافق عليه !!) لأجعلك هذه الكعك الشوكولاي الوحشي !! لم يكن من السهل العثور على وصفة تجمع بين الطعم اللذيذ والارتفاع الجنوني تقريبًا في الفرن! تم التنفيذ! كما أنها تعمل مع القوالب العادية ، ولكن قبل كل شيء لا تملأها في منتصف الطريق !!!! يجب دائما ملء القالب بالكامل مما يزيد من وقت الطهي …
وصفة لـ 6 فطائر ذرية أو 12 قطعة مافن عادية:
– 75 جرام مسحوق كاكاو غير محلى – 190 جرام سكر – 170 جرامطحين -150 جرام حليب -150 جرام زبدة – 190 جرام بيضة (عليك أن تزنهم ، بشكل أساسي ثلاث بيضات كبيرة جدًا!) -1 + 1/2 ملاعق صغيرة من البيكنج بودر -1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من صودا الخبز – 150 جرام شوكولاتة بالحليب في قطع (قطع)
سخني الفرن على 190 درجة مئوية. يُمزج البيض ومسحوق الكاكاو والسكر والحليب والزبدة المذابة في وعاء.
نضيف الدقيق ونخلط مرة أخرى.
أضف شوكولاتة الحليب إلى قطع (يمكنك تقطيع حليب الزيزفون إلى قطع!).
