هنا القليل من كعكة الغريبة التي سوف ترضي أكثر من قارئ! إنها بالفعل معجنات قصيرة القوام تتكون من اللوز المطحون والجافوت ، والتي توفر قرمشة إضافية للتأكيد على حلاوة غاناش الشوكولاتة. كعكة مثالية للشاي أو للغطس في القهوة!
وصفة كعكة الغريبة Feuillantine:
كعكة الغريبة: -225 جرام طحين
-175 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
-100 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
-130 جرام سكر
-130 جرام من مسحوق اللوز
-100 جرام من المطاحن المكسرة
غاناش:
– 75 جرام شوكولاتة داكنة
– 75 جرام شوكولاتة بالحليب
-110 جرام من الكريمة السائلة الكاملة
– 35 جرام زبدة
– 35 جرام سكر مقلوب (أو عسل أبيض كريمي)
ابدأ بتحضير عجينة الغريبة. ضعي الزبدة في درجة حرارة الغرفة والسكر واللوز المطحون في وعاء أو وعاء من كيتشينيد أو كينوود.
ابدأ في الخلط لجعل كل شيء كريميًا. أضيفي الدقيق ثم اخلطي كمية كافية لخلطه ولكن ليس أكثر!

ضع كعكة الغريبة على ورقة خبز مبطنة بورق الزبدة ، تباعد يكفي ، لأن كعكة الغريبة تنتشر أثناء الطهي.
اخبزيها لمدة 15 دقيقة في الفرن.
أخرج ملفات تعريف الارتباط واتركها تبرد على رف سلكي.

تحضير الغاناش.

ثم أغلق مع كعكة الغريبة الثانية. قم بتخزينها في وعاء محكم !!
