كعكة رطبة جدا ، طرية ولذيذة مع طعم لذيذ من العسل والمكسرات ، هذه هي الرغبة التي أوصلتني بعد التحول إلى فصل الشتاء … كان لونها رماديًا لدرجة أنني أردت أن ألجأ تحت اللحاف وأشعر بكعكة تُخبز في الفرن. حسنًا ، صحيح أن مطبخي أصبح مصنعًا حقيقيًا لما يقرب من 4 سنوات وتنبعث منه رائحة مثل الكعك كل يوم …! هذا واحد سهل للغاية ويمكنك صنعه في قوالب المافن (لأنه يرتفع جيدًا) أو في صينية الكيك. من ناحيتي ، إنه في شكل كعكة أن أقطع شريحة لطيفة تذوقتها مع قهوتي الساخنة …
أضف 180 جم بيضة (3 بيضات كبيرة تقريبًا ، لكن من الأفضل أن تزنهم).
اخلطي وأضيفي مسحوق الجوز.
أضف الدقيق والبيكنج باودر.
تُطحن 60 جرام المتبقية من الجوز بشكل أكثر نعومة وتُضاف إلى العجينة.
ادهن الحافة الداخلية لقالب بقطر 18 سم (هنا مع حافة قابلة للإزالة) وضع ورقة من ورق البرشمان في الأسفل.
صب الخليط.
تُخبز على حرارة 170 درجة مئوية وتُطهى لمدة 40 دقيقة أو حتى تبدو العجينة مطبوخة.
قم بفك القالب واتركه يبرد على رف سلكي.
استمتع بالدفء أو المبرد مع كوب جيد من القهوة أو الشاي تحت بطانية مع كتاب جيد!

Un gâteau bien moelleux, tendre et savoureux au bon goût de miel et de noix, voilà l’envie qui m’a pris après le passage à l’heure d’hiver… Il fait tellement gris que j’avais envie de me réfugier sous la couette et de sentir un gâteau cuire dans mon four. Bon c’est vrai que ma cuisine est devenue une véritable usine depuis bientôt 4 ans et que ça sent tous les jours les gâteaux…! Celui-ci est ultra simple à réaliser et vous pourrez même le faire dans des moules à muffins (car il gonfle bien) ou dans un moule à cake. Pour ma part, c’est en format gâteau pour couper une belle tranche que j’ai dégustée avec mon café au lait bien chaud…
