لطالما كان حلوى البرالين مرادفًا لعيد الميلاد بالنسبة لي. الرائحة الحلوة من اللوز والبندق المحمص بالكراميل احتفالية ولا تقاوم! هنا لا أقدم لك وصفة ، بل طريقة مضحكة لصنع جهاز لوحي غير عادي. أضع بيضتي في سلة في درجة حرارة الغرفة. أبدا في الثلاجة. فجأة رميت حامل البيض في ثلاجتي. عند النظر إليه ، رأيت على الفور رفًا ممتلئًا حتى أسنانه بمعجون حلوى اللوز. لأن مادة هذا الدعم من البلاستيك الصلب ، تشبه إلى حد ما قوالب البولي كربونات الاحترافية. أستطيع أن أضمن لك أن قرص حلوى البرالين هذا سيجعلك سعيدًا !!

هذه ليست وصفة ، ولكنها مجرد فكرة تصنعها في المنزل. لذلك أخذت كرتونة بيض من ثلاجتي. لا أستخدمه لأنني أضع بيضتي في سلة في درجة حرارة الغرفة. نظرًا لأن هذا الصندوق مصنوع من الأكريليك ، فقد اعتقدت أنه يمكن أن يكون جهازًا لوحيًا رائعًا!
قم بتلطيف الشوكولاتة الخاصة بك كما هو موضح في طريقة زبدة الكاكاو mycryo هنا . اسكبه حتى أسنانه في الجهاز اللوحي عندما تكون عند 29 درجة مئوية. قم بإزالة الفائض ثم اتركه. ثم صب البرالين في التجاويف ، مع الحرص على عدم تجاوز مستوى القرص للسماح بإغلاقه.
قمت أولاً بسكب بعض الشوكولاتة المخففة على حلوى البرالين فقط لمنعها من الخروج لاحقًا.
بمجرد تعيين هذه الطبقة الصغيرة الأولى ، أسكب الشوكولاتة وهذه المرة أزيل الفائض عن طريق إمالة الجهاز اللوحي والكشط بسكين طلاء (لقد نسيت تمامًا التقاط الصورة !!). لأنك تقوم بإمالة الجهاز اللوحي لإزالة الفائض ، فمن المهم إغلاق حلوى البرالين أولاً!
ثم اترك الشوكولاتة المجمدة. يصبح هشًا ولامعًا جدًا بدون أثر أبيض.
خيالي اليوم: القليل من الذهب الصالح للأكل الذي أحمله دائمًا في الخزائن !!
إنها تشبه إلى حد ما قطعة من قطع الليغو لكنني أجد هذا الجهاز اللوحي مضحكا للغاية!
