Recette :

1 ملعقة كبيرة صلصة الصويا الداكنة
1 ملعقة كبيرة زيت محايد
1 فص ثوم مقشر ناعماً ومفروم
2 ملاعق كبيرة زيت سمسم محمص
الملح والفلفل وبذور السمسم
Instructions :
اصنع أولاً كراميل جاف بالسكر. ضعي نصف السكر في قدر أو مقلاة على نار متوسطة.
عندما يذوب السكر ، أضيفي النصف الآخر من السكر ورجي القدر.
عندما ينضج الكراميل ، صب الماء.
يتجمد الكراميل فورًا ثم يذوب تمامًا.

يتبل بالملح والفلفل حسب الرغبة ثم يضاف زيت السمسم المحمص. تقدم كطبق جانبي أو مع الأرز. يرش القليل من بذور السمسم (محمص بالسمسم أم لا).
