معجنات قصيرة مطبوخة مسبقًا
كريمة البرتقال بالدم:
350 غ من عصير البرتقال بالدم (4 إلى 5 برتقالات)
50 جرام عصير ليمون
200 جرام سكر
8 حبات من التوت (المجمدة مثالية!)
40 جرام نشا ذرة
125 جرام صفار بيض
100 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
نصف شريحة جيلاتين منقوعة في الماء
سوبريم برتقال أحمر اللون لأعلى الفطيرة (4 إلى 5 برتقالات)

اخلطي الصفار ونشا الذرة وبقية السكر بشكل منفصل في وعاء. عندما يغلي السائل على نار هادئة ، صبه في الحاوية أثناء الخلط.
يُعاد إلى درجة حرارة متوسطة ويُحرّك باستمرار حتى تتكاثف الكريمة.
أطفئي النار وأضيفي الزبدة إلى قطع. يقلب جيدًا لدمجها عندما تذوب. أضف أيضًا نصف ورقة الجيلاتين المعصور واخلطها جيدًا.
تصب في قاعدة المعجنات المطبوخة مسبقًا.
اتركه يبرد حتى يصل إلى درجة حرارة الغرفة ثم ضعه في الثلاجة.
قم بإعداد سوبريم برتقال الدم الذي ستضعه فوق الفطيرة. يمكنك التقديم مع الكريمة المخفوقة مع 150 جم من الماسكاربوني و 150 جم من الكريمة المفردة الباردة جدًا ، مع 30 جم من السكر البودرة وبرش الليمون.
