Mettez la farine, la levure chimique, le sucre et le sucre vanillé dans la cuve d’un robot, ou dans un récipient. Il y a beaucoup de sucre vanillé, mais c’est ce qui donne le goût typique des zézettes.
Mélangez et versez l’huile en une fois. J’ai mis de l’huile d’arachide, car c’est l’huile utilisée dans les zézettes, mais vous pouvez mettre de l’huile de colza ou un peu de colza et d’huile d’olive.
Mélangez avec la feuille du robot ou du bout des doigts pour obtenir un mélange sableux.
Pour cette recette, prenez un vin blanc sec.
Versez d’un coup le vin.
Mélangez jusqu’à avoir une boule de pâte. Si vous pétrissez trop, il n’y a pas de risque que la pâte devienne dure en cuisant, car vous avez de la levure qui va la rendre croustillante et plus légère.
Pesez des boulettes de pâte de 11g.
Posez une boulette sur le plan de travail
Roulez-la sous la paume de la main pour en faire un boudin plus fin sur les côtés.
Faites de même avec toute la pâte.
Versez du sucre semoule dans une assiette et roulez-y les boudins pour les enrober.
Placez-les au fur et à mesure sur une plaque à pâtisserie garnie de papier sulfurisé.
Faites cuire à 170°C pendant une vingtaine de minutes. Les zézettes doivent être bien dorées. Adaptez la cuisson à votre four !
Quand elles ont refroidi, placez-les dans une boite hermétique. Ne contenant ni beurre, ni œuf, elles se conservent longtemps.
