Salade de Blé aux Tomates, Oignons Rouges Caramélisés et Mozzarelle
Avec ces belles journées je n’ai pas envie de passer des heures dans ma cuisine et surtout j’ai envie d’avoir des plats frais à déguster. Voici une nouvelle salade sans aucune difficulté, très agréable à savourer: des tomates, de la mozarelle, des herbes fraîches et surtout des oignons rouges caramélisés pour ma petite touche sucrée que j’aime tant. Couleur, fraîcheur, saveur, l’été est bien là !
Voici les pâte plomb et le blé précuit. Vous pouvez prendre de l’ebly ou une marque similaire. Pour les pâtes plomb, j’ai pris les 111. Vous pouvez bien sûr remplacer par d’autres petites pâtes.
Faites cuire les pâtes plomb et le blé à l’eau bouillante salée selon les instructions de votre paquet. Rincez-les à l’eau froide pour refroidir le tout, égouttez bien et mettez-les dans un bol et mélangez.
Ajoutez le vinaigre balsamique, l’huile d’olive, le miel, la demi-gousse d’ail écrasée.
Coupez les oignons rouges en tranches.
Faites-les revenir dans un peu d’huile d’olive dans une poêle chaude (ici ma skeppshult que j’adore !).
Salez, poivrez et ajoutez du sucre. pour les caraméliser.
Quand les oignons prennent une belles couleur, laissez-les refroidir à part.Pour la mozzarelle, prenez les plus petites possible et coupez-les en morceaux.
Coupez les tomates cerises en deux.
Hachez le persil plat lavé.
Faites de même pour le basilic.
Mettez le tout dans la salade et mélangez soigneusement. Salez, poivrez.
Versez les oignons rouges caramélisés.
Mélangez une dernière fois.
Vous pouvez bien sûr ajouter quelques pignons de pin grillés ! Placez la salade au frais au moins 3 heures avant de la savourer au soleil. N’hésitez pas à la servir sur un lit de roquette !
