Panna cotta crème, lait de coco, vanille et fleur d'oranger
Merci à Clo, ma chère amie, qui a accepté de partager avec nous sa recette de panna cotta. Celle-ci est très peu sucrée, mais suffisamment pour satisfaire une bonne envie de dessert. Cette variation, qui met également à l'honneur le lait de coco, mélangé à de la crème, est un délice, surtout avec un peu d'eau de fleur d'oranger et de vanille. Cette panna cotta est tout en subtilité ! Et pour une fois, je ne mets pas de gélatine, mais de l'agar-agar. D'ailleurs pour une recette 100% végane, vous pouvez ne mettre que du lait de coco !
Versez le lait de coco et la crème dans une casserole.
Versez le sucre et l’agar agar dans un petit bol et mélangez le tout soigneusement.
Versez le sucre dans la casserole, tout en mélangeant.
Ajoutez l’eau de fleur d’oranger et l’intérieur d’une gousse de vanille.
Faites chauffer le tout sur feu doux, tout en mélangeant. À partir de l’ébullition, comptez 1 minute et trente secondes.
Versez dans les récipients de votre choix.
Laissez refroidir à température ambiante, puis placez au réfrigérateur au moins 3 heures avant de déguster.
