Muffins atomiques noix de pécan, sirop d'érable et chocolat
J’aime bien de temps en temps vous sortir une nouvelle recette de muffins. Ce que j’aime le plus : me retrouver dans l’atelier et mettre des ingrédients comme je le sens en croisant les doigts pour que le résultat soit à la hauteur de mes attentes ! Il y a un vrai goût d’automne avec cette recette aux noix de pécan, au sirop d’érable, au chocolat au lait, le tout avec un soupçon de cannelle. Un délice ! J’adore les déguster au petit déjeuner ou en prendre un petit morceau au goûter (oui, même à mon âge, je fais des encore des goûters !!).
Dans un récipient, placez le beurre demi-sel fondu, le sucre complet, le sucre, la crème, les œufs et le sirop d’érable. Mélangez pour obtenir une sorte de crème.
Dans un autre récipient, placez la farine, la cannelle et la levure chimique.
Versez le mélange farine dans la crème.
Ajoutez les noix de pécan cassées en morceaux et les pépites de chocolat au lait.
Versez dans vos moules à muffins dans lesquels vous aurez préalablement glissé une caissette en papier dans chaque empreinte.
Faites cuire à 160°C pendant 50 minutes. Les muffins ont joliment gonflé !
Comme d’habitude, j’ai utilisé pour faire des muffins atomiques, des moules « large crown muffin pan » de Chicago metallic que j’ai acheté il y a des années à Montréal. Mais on a du mal à le trouver aujourd’hui ou alors très cher sur amazon. Mais cette recette fonctionne parfaitement avec des moules à muffins classiques !! ????
