Je vous propose une nouvelle recette de cookies. Ce n’est pas la première et certainement pas la dernière! Comment en effet, résister à ces petits gâteaux chauds, moelleux, fondants, croustillants?? L’avantage surtout de ce genre de recette, est que c’est très facile à faire pour un résultat toujours à la hauteur de nos espérances. Je vous avais déjà proposé une recette de cookies moelleux aux pépites de beurre de cacahuètes (recette ICI). La nuance est finalement énorme et le résultat très différent. Il y a ici du beurre de cacahuètes dans la pâte, ce qui lui confère une texture toute particulière. Les cacahuètes grillées et les pépites de chocolat sont là pour nous rappeler à quel point tout ceci est décadent… Mais délicieux!
Fondre le beurre au micro-ondes ou au bain-marie. Ajouter les sucres: semoule et vergeoise blonde.
Bien mélanger et ajouter la vanille liquide.
Ainsi que l’oeuf.
Bien mélanger et ajouter le beurre de cacahuètes.
Dans un bol à part, mélanger la farine, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel. Ajouter ce mélange sec au mélange oeuf-beurre-sucre-beurre de cacahuètes.
Bien mélanger et ajouter les cacahuètes grillées et salées.
Puis les pépites de chocolat. J’utilise pour cette recette, des pistoles de chocolat barry.
Tout mélanger et ramener en boule.
À ce moment, c’est impératif de goûter la pâte crue!
Former des boulettes de 35g. Les placer sur une plaque à pâtisserie garnie de papier sulfurisé.
Aplatir avec la paume de la main.
Mettre au four à 180°C pendant 8 à 10 minutes. Le bord doit être un peu doré et le cookie gonflé.
Pour éviter de briser les cookies qui sont fragiles à ce stade (à cause du beurre de cacahuètes), je fais glisser le papier fors de la plaque. Mettre tout de suite une nouvelle fournée à cuire.
Une fois que les cookies sont manipulables, les placer sur une grille à pâtisserie.
