Je vous propose cette recette de mi-cuit au chocolat, à l’orange et aux noix. Une petite bombe de saveurs qui sera tout aussi bonne chaude, tiède ou froide. Le tout se prépare en quelques minutes et comblera les attentes d’un gâteau réconfortant !

4 cercles à mousse de 8cm de diamètre.

Ingredients

115 grammes de beurre demi-sel
100 grammes de chocolat noir
60 grammes sucre
1 zeste d'orange bio
180 grammes d'œuf
50 grammes farine
60 grammes de noix

Instructions

Mettez le beurre et le chocolat noir à fondre ensemble.
Mélangez bien puis versez le sucre.
Ajoutez les œufs. En gros cela correspond à 3 gros œufs. Sinon battez 4 oeufs en omelette et pesez-en 180g.
Ajoutez le zeste d'une orange bio.
Terminez avec la farine et les noix. Mélangez bien
J'ai voulu changer des petits moules en aluminium jetables. J'ai pris des cercles à mousse de 8cm de diamètre. Il faut bien les graisser à l'intérieur avec de la bombe de démoulage ou du beurre puis les poser sur une plaque ou un moule garni de papier sulfurisé. Versez la pâte dans les 4 cercles
Mettez à cuire 12 à 15 minutes dans un four préchauffé à 190°C en chaleur tournante. Dès qu'un croûte se forme, vous pourrez arrêter la cuisson !
Il faudra les démouler délicatement environ 10 à 15 minutes après la fin de cuisson. J'ai passé un couteau autour du bord interne.

I offer you this recipe for semi-cooked chocolate, orange and walnuts. A small bomb of flavors that will be just as good hot, warm or cold. The whole thing is prepared in a few minutes and will fulfill the expectations of a comforting cake!

Recipe for 4 cakes:

115g semi-salted butter
100g dark chocolate
60g of sugar
zest of an organic orange
180g egg
50g flour
60g walnuts

Instructions:

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together.

Mix well then add the sugar.

Add the eggs. Basically this corresponds to 3 large eggs. Otherwise beat 4 eggs in an omelette and weigh 180g.

Add the zest of an organic orange.

Finish with flour and nuts.

Mix well.

I wanted to change small disposable aluminum molds. I took foam circles 8cm in diameter. They must be greased well on the inside with mold release spray or butter and then placed on a baking sheet or mold lined with parchment paper.

Pour the batter into the 4 circles.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°C using a rotating heat. As soon as a crust forms, you can stop the cooking!

They will need to be gently unmolded about 10 to 15 minutes after the end of cooking. I ran a knife around the inner edge.
