الآن بعد أن أنهيت كتابي التالي ، يمكنني العودة إلى مطبخي لنشاطي المفضل! لذلك أبدأ بلطف شديد مع بيستو جديد ، لكن هذه المرة مختلفة قليلاً. مع أوراق السبانخ والكزبرة الطازجة والفول السوداني المحمص والليمون! له نكهة غير متوقعة ويعطي نضارة لذيذة. سيكون مثاليًا في الكثير من الوصفات أو ببساطة على الخبز المحمص!
Pesto :
100 جرام أوراق سبانخ
80 جرام جبن بارميزان
2-3 فصوص ثوم صغيرة

Instructions :
اغسل وجفف أوراق السبانخ والكزبرة. قشر فصوص الثوم. نقطع البارميزان إلى قطع. ضع كل شيء مع المكونات الأخرى في خلاط صغير وابدأ.
لا تنسى نكهة وعصير نصف ليمونة.
امزج كل شيء بعناية.
