قشطة سهلة التحضير بأربعة مكونات فقط ، بدون بيض أو زبدة. أنصحك بإعداده في اليوم السابق حتى يكون باردًا جدًا. قوامه مثالي بالنسبة لي كما أنه منخفض جدًا في السكر. مثالية لإنهاء الوجبة بلمسة الشوكولاتة!
Pour 6 personnes :
1000 جرام من الحليب كامل الدسم (نعم أنا أزن لأن 1 لتر من الحليب لا يعطي دائمًا 1000 جرام)
60 جرام نشا ذرة
65 جرام سكر بني
190 جرام من الشوكولاتة الداكنة (أخذت شريط ورق الكرافت المعروف)
Les instructions :
نضع نشا الذرة والسكر البني في قدر كبيرة.
صب القليل من الحليب فوق 1000 جرام واخلطهم جيدًا ليذوب نشا الذرة.
أضيفي الشوكولاتة الداكنة على شكل قطع.
ضعي في القدر مع باقي الحليب.
يُسخن على نار خفيفة / معتدلة مع التحريك بمضرب صغير.
سوف يتكاثف الكريم عندما يقترب من الغليان.
عندما يغلي ، اسكبه بالكامل في وعاء نظيف وضع غشاء مطاطي (مقاوم للطهي) مباشرة عند ملامسته لتجنب تكوين الجلد.
اتركه ليبرد حتى يصل إلى درجة حرارة الغرفة ثم ضعه في الثلاجة لمدة 4 ساعات على الأقل أو يفضل طوال الليل. في اليوم التالي ، اخلطي الكريم بخلاط الغمر ، لأن قوامه متماسك في البداية. مع الخلاط ، سيكون مثاليًا!

Une crème très facile à réaliser avec seulement 4 ingrédients, sans œufs ni beurre. Je vous conseille de la préparer la veille pour qu’elle soit bien froide. Sa texture est pour moi parfaite et elle est de plus très peu sucrée. Idéale pour finir un repas sur une touche chocolatée !
Mettez la maïzena et le sucre roux dans une grande casserole.
Versez un peu de lait sur les 1000g et mélangez pour bien dissoudre la maïzena.
Ajoutez le chocolat noir en morceaux.
Mettez dans la casserole avec le reste du lait.
Mettez à chauffer sur feu doux/modéré tout en mélangeant avec un petit fouet.
La crème va épaissir quand elle s’approche de l’ébullition.
Quand elle bout, versez-la entièrement dans un récipient propre et mettez un film étirable (résistant à la cuisson) directement au contact pour éviter la formation d’une peau.
Laissez refroidir à température ambiante puis mettez au frais au moins 4h ou une nuit de préférence. Le lendemain, mixez la crème avec un mixeur plongeant, car au départ elle a une texture ferme. Avec le mixeur, elle va être parfaite !
