Salade de nouilles de tofu aux 5 parfums, légumes frais et sauce huile de sésame
Je ne suis vraiment pas à la base un fan de tofu. Il y a quand même quelques exceptions. Celle-ci en fait partie. Claire Curt qui fait les photos de tous mes derniers livres et des prochains (j'en parle bientôt !) m'a reçu à diner et m'a fait cette salade absolument délicieuse. Il vous faudra des nouilles de tofu aux 5 parfums que l'on trouve au rayon frais des supermarchés asiatiques. J'ai juste ajouté en plus une carotte et une courgette crues et râpées. Mais avec une sauce à base de sauce soja, huile et huile de sésame, et un des cacahuètes grillées et plein de coriandre, c'est une salade pleine de saveurs et qui fait le plein de protéines végétales !
Mélangez tous les ingrédients de la sauce dans un récipient. Salez et poivrez à votre goût.
Ajoutez les nouilles de tofu aux 5 parfums.
Lavez et râpez la courgette, épluchez et râpez la carotte, versez dans le récipient.
Versez la coriandre lavée et essorée et hachez grossièrement.
Terminez avec les cacahuètes, les oignons frits et les graines de sésame blanc.
Mélangez soigneusement et dégustez sans attendre, ou conservez au frais.
Dégustez sans complexe la salade bien fraiche !
