Commencer par mettre les graines de pavot, la vanille en poudre et liquide, le jaune d’oeuf, le beurre pommade et le sucre glace dans un bol.
Mélanger pour obtenir une crème onctueuse.
Ajouter en une fois la farine.
Et mélanger juste assez pour incorporer la farine mais pas plus! De cette façon les sablés garderont leur texture si savoureuse!!
Mettre la pâte sur un papier cuisson.
Mettre une deuxième feuille sur la pâte et l’étaler au rouleau.
Mettre la pâte au frais pour figer le beurre contenu, puis enlever la première feuille de papier. Retrouner la pâte avec précaution, puis enlever le deuxième papier. Avec un emporte-pièce, former autant de sablés que nécessaire.
Laisser les sablés sur une plaque de cuisson garnie de papier sulfurisé et mettre le tout au frais le temps de préchauffer le four à 180°C (au moins 30min!).
Mettre au four pour 15 minutes en surveillant la cuisson car tout dépend du four de chacun!
Laisser les sablés refroidir sur un grille à pâtisserie.
Conserver les sablés dans une boîte hermétique si ils survivent assez longtemps!
