Après les « tuiles coco » et le « gâteau coco à l’ananas« , je vous propose logiquement les « sablés coco »! Vous connaissez maintenant ma passion pour les biscuits sablés. Je ne peux m’empêcher d’expérimenter. Ces petits biscuits n’ont aucune prétention, si ce n’est de vous régaler avec une glace par exemple! On peut aussi imaginer les plonger dans un chocolat tempéré pour les envelopper et les rendre encore plus caloriques! Le résultat est croustillant à souhait pour 5 minutes de travail! À vos fourneaux!
Mettre le sucre, la farine et la noix de coco dans un récipient.
Ajouter le beurre mou.
Ici j’ai mis crisco+beurre. Une simple expérimentation mais qui se révèle intéressante: en effet on sent moins le beurre, qui laisse plus de place à la noix de coco.
Ajouter les 25g d’oeuf et la vanille liquide.
Mélanger juste suffisamment pour homogénéiser la pâte.
Cuire avec la méthode choisie! On peut soir étaler la pâte et la couper à l’emporte pièces, ou alors (comme je l’ai fait ici!) mette la pâte dans un pistolet à pâte et couper des tranches.
Cuire à 180°C pendant 20 minutes ou jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient bien dorées.
Laisser refroidir sur une grille puis stocker en boîte hermétique.
