Après mon voyage en Grèce, j’ai en tête plein de recettes que j’ai envie de vous proposer !! Ici, une toute simple de raisins cuits au sucre qui donne quelque chose entre la confiture, la compotée et les fruits au sirop. C’est un vrai délice avec un yaourt grec très épais. J’avais mangé cela le dernier jour de mon séjour. Si j’avais su que j’allais autant aimé, j’en aurais mangé dès le départ. C’était tellement bon. De toute façon, j’ai eu ma revanche, car j’en ai fait plein à l’atelier pour la publier sur mon blog de cuisine !
Pour cette recette, prenez du raisin blanc sans pépins.
Détachez-les de leur grappe, pusi rincez-les à l’eau froide.
Placez-les dans une casserole avec le sucre.
Versez l’eau et déposez la tranche de citron.
Portez à ébullition.
Laissez cuire presque une heure sur feu modéré.
Mélangez de temps en temps.
Le sirop va prendre une belle couleur.
Arrêtez le feu quand le sirop épaissit un peu. Faites attention à ne pas le rendre trop épais non plus, car en refroidissant, il va être encore plus épais. Laissez refroidir et conservez en bocal.
Avec un yaourt grec, surtout le plus épais, le strangisto, c’est un délice !
Servez le yaourt bien frais avec le glyko stafyli à disposition. Faites attention, cela part très vite !!
